Since 2007, Reaching has been dedicated to the manufacturing of environmentally friendly yoag mats.

We Promise

Use only "no-cut" natural rubber

All our natural rubber comes from partner forests where trees are never felled for latex. We collect only the natural sap from mature trees, allowing them to keep growing and producing.

No tree‑cutting supply chains

We source responsibly and conduct regular audits to ensure that not a single rubber tree is cut down because of our orders.

Annual care subsidies for every tapped rubber tree.

For every rubber tree that provides sap, we pay local farmers an annual maintenance fee – for fertilizing, pest control, and forest health – so that older trees live longer and produce more sustainably.

Closed‑loop scrap recycling & re‑foaming.

All rubber scraps and defective mats from production are recycled and re-foamed into new materials for non-weight‑bearing yoga products, reducing waste.

We operate 5+ digitalized production lines, automated packing, and strict quality control. Design – Over 1,000 original in-house designs across various styles. Clients can select or remix instantly for rapid "what you see is what you get" customization – no waiting for external designers.
Shapes – Beyond standard rectangles and ovals. We offer custom die‑cut shapes like polygons, arc‑edge splicing, brand logos, leaf or droplet forms – ideal for boutique studios, hotels, rehab centers, and gifts.
Equipment – Four generations of foaming upgrades, from semi‑auto to fully automatic CNC lines. With precision laser cutters and auto binding machines, we've tripled capacity, held tolerances to ±1mm, and significantly reduced material waste.

Utilizing an eco-friendly digital printing process, water-based inks are directly infused into the yoga mat's surface, achieving photo-realistic clarity while perfectly preserving the mat's original softness and dry touch.

Heat-transfer Printing

Using high-temperature heat press technology, custom artwork is sublimated via transfer paper and infused into the yoga mat's surface, creating vibrant, permanent patterns that are wear-resistant and non-fading.

Laser Engraving

Utilizing a high-energy laser beam to vaporize the mat's surface material, we directly engrave high-precision, never-wear-off custom patterns onto the yoga mat.

Cutting

Screen Printing

Utilizing classic screen printing, we deliver thick, opaque ink layers that create vibrant, raised patterns, giving the yoga mat a distinctive tactile texture and high visual impact.

High-temperature Baking

High-temperature baking triggers a cross-linking reaction in the ink, deeply anchoring the pigments to the mat's surface. This creates a tenacious bond that is highly stretch-resistant and built to last.
